I received a call about four weeks after submitting my application. As previously stated in other gouges very simple 30 minute conversation, TMAAT questions, and background stuff. I was told I would hear back in a week on if I would advance to next phase, but I actually received invite email within hours of finishing phone call interview. A week later I did the video conference interview, once again no surprises this gouge really prepared me well. Always show off your customer service mindset, attention to safety, and strong knowledge of the company. The video conference lasted an hour I used my iphone, and had three people taking turns... Apr 18, 2024 The HR phone screen was with one of the representatives at the company. I was first asked to introduce myself explaining how each position I had was onward and upward. The second question was why do you want to work for NetJets and how do you think your previous experience will help you at NetJets? She touched on the importance of safety and asked how I define safety. I was then asked what I think makes the difference between good service and great service. I replied with professionalism... Apr 15, 2024 I submitted my application in the winter and was sent the link to set up an interview the same day. I started that interview and 10 minutes in it ended because my availability date was too far out. I was told to reach back out when I was within 2 months and I could start the next step. I reached back out early this month and was told to reapply. I submitted the application again and received the link for a HR video interview again. I was able to book within two weeks of submitting my... Continue reading this interview experience

Apr 12, 2024 So far I have only done the virtual HR interview. I was invited to Columbus for the in person interview and I’ll debrief that after I return. The virtual interview was very straightforward. You just need to show the representative that you are a customer service representative at heart. Customer service is the heart of their business model. Make sure you work that into your answers to each question somehow. The questions were very standard HR questions.  I was asked a few HR type... Apr 11, 2024 Pretty much as previously stated in the gouge. Arrived via airline to Columbus, OH the night before and stayed in a nice hotel. Morning van to NetJets HQ at 0730. I had met my sim partner the night before and we briefed the sim packet.  After the sim, I had a one-on-one interview, (view the sim/scenario section in the study guide of this website).  There were NO technical questions which surprised me. All HR, TMAAT, career goal type questions. Of course, be ready to explain... Continue reading this interview experience

Apr 11, 2024 NetJets runs a seamless and painless interview process. After submitting the online application, a recruiter reached out the next day to schedule an online meeting on MS Teams. This was a fairly quick HR interview where the recruiter asked simple yes or no questions about training/work history. I walked her through my resume and answered some "tell me about a time" questions that can be found in the associated study guides on this site. Use the STAR method to answer these... Apr 04, 2024 The responses from others are pretty accurate. First interview was at a convection by an HR person, mostly walk me through your resume, TMAAT you had a disagreement with another Pilot or employee, etc, nothing technical. In person was also very relaxed mostly chatting about the company, TMAAT you couldn't get something right, why NetJets, nothing technical. Then Sim, (view the Sim/Scenario section in the study guide of this website). ... Continue reading this interview experience

Apr 02, 2024 NetJets conducts their interview process seamlessly. Everything happens fairly quick as you move from one place to the next throughout the day. My group started at 10:45am. The shuttle picked us up and brought us to HQ where we started with a tour. Be attentive and enjoy seeing the operations behind the scenes. Very cool experience. After the tour, we were shuttled to a venue for lunch and a benefits overview. After lunch, the in person interview started. If you have done the phone interview... Mar 29, 2024 Online video interview started with some friendly hellos and welcome. Questions were just like others stated here. TMAAT all the way. If you don’t have the hours, when do you think you will? We require you to take the ATP/CTP course when do you think you will be available to do this? A bunch of Yes and No questions as well about your flying history, any incidents, blemishes on driving record. They explain how they will do a background check. Will they find anything? Then the... 9. Interview sample 9

Mar 28, 2024 Only did teams interview. Come prepared professionally before you interview and really learn their company and what they are looking for. Was asked 5 questions, (view the study guide of this website).  TMAAT you had a negative customer service experience? (This question seeks how do you as a pilot deal with conflict resolution, which is a core competency) I am bummed out that I didn't get to move forward with the in person interview as I really made sure I studied beforehand. I do not... Continue reading this interview experience

  10. Interview sample 10

Mar 26, 2024 You fly or drive in the day before your interview and stay at a nice hotel. Breakfast is included. NetJets really big on being on time. Everything will start right at the listed time. Our van to the headquarters was at 10:45. we started the day with a tour and some excellent information on how the operation works. After the tour, they bussed the two of us over to an event venue for the catered lunch and benefits presentation, then the interview and logbook review. The interview was very...
