Reapplied 2 months after six months with the same recruiter (Made it through the whole process with a TBNT). Very informal and genuinely just wanting to catch up. She had notes from the previous interview and made it a point to ask new TMAT questions: Why did you decide to become a pilot? New referral person, how do you know them? Have you had to address a safety concern during a flight? Example of when your curiosity led you to explore something new that made you a better aviator. Example of a decision that tested your ethical or professional standards. Wanted to know actual Pilot Flying hours this time. Then standard admin yes/no questions. Heard back two days later with the "executive interview" invite. Scheduling is pretty responsive and flexible all things considered. The interview more or less restated very similar TMAT questions and my "Why Netjets". Then we transitioned into talking about the company and why it was a good fit. Definitely more quality in this "executive interview" than the previous one that was done in Columbus the day of the sim. I like how the company leadership is involved this way. I think it means a little bit more to hiring...

Website does a good job getting you prepared. 1st interview is teams, your classic HR walk through and questions. 2nd is also teams but with a pilot and a is similar to 1st but more flying related. In person is a full day in Columbus. Good presentations and lots of information on the company. Lots of emphasis on the sim, make the grade or you wonâ??t get the offer. Best of... -

The first two interviews were verbatim as what was described in previous write ups. These were easy to be prepared for and just very conversational. Erin is great at setting the stage for a relaxed environment. Just be open and honest. When I met with the Fleet Director it was very similar. These are good people that work here. The more challenging part is the 3rd and in person interview. Have your logbook ready to go and of course your callouts. I donâ??t have a direct answer but in theory... -

Exactly as described by others. The sim is not about flying the dep/app/maneuvers perfectly. The sim is about showing that you studied, CRM, and demonstrating you can fly an airplane. Make sure you can show where you got all the flight time numbers on their worksheet in your... -

Everything is the same like the website says. This is my 2nd try with NetJets so they know me already. I passed all 3 rounds the first time but i didnt have my ATP at the moment. Came back this time with ATP, did my sim eval this month, then got CJO 1 week later. Be careful, they can change your sim last min. I got changed from CRJ-200 to Phenom 300 after my sim partner flying part because we ran out of time and the sim is booked for other candidates. (view the study guide of this website)... -

Great interview experience! Had a question about rapid vs explosive decompression which I wasn't 100% ready for but it turned out ok. I said to descend at Vne and he was looking for MMO. He asked if we were descending at the right speed but the plane was shaking what could it be? I said possibly a door and he seemed to like that answer. Sim eval was as expected. PULL POWER BACK ON... -

As all have said, the people were great to talk to. First two video interviews concentrated on customer service (what is excellent customer service) and why NetJets/why leaving current job. Talked a little about resume (past work experience) and the second interview, with a Chief Pilot also had a small technical portion. I got â??max ceiling of current jetâ?, and a walk through about a cabin pressure/cabin altitude. Know your emergency procedures and youâ??re fine. Then went to CMH for... -

First interview was in the early part of the year and was about 40 minutes, mostly just talking about my experience which naturally led to why Netjets. Got a call the next week to schedule the second interview. That was more of the same with a focus on TMAAT questions. Have lots of stories to talk about and use the best one to answer the questions (STAR method). About a week later was called again to schedule the in person in Ohio. For the sim they want to see your CRM (teamwork), checklist... -

I am going to try and provide the amount of detail I believe was missing from a lot of these reports Interview 30 minute call with a recruiter. I was asked how I got into aviation, a bit about my current position, why I would like to work for NetJets, and "Tell me about a time you provided excellent customer service" & "Tell me about a time you handled a difficult passenger" questions. I tried to answer both of these questions using a story about safety, CRM, and customer service.... -

1st interview was very easy. Mainly yes and no check the box answers. There was a few tell me why Netjets. Tell me a time you did excellent customer service. Very much a personal interview to see if you are a person or a number. It felt like they wanted you to be there rather than proving why you should which was welcoming. Be yourself and I don't see why you cant get past this step. I heard back a day later for another... -

1st and 2nd round interviews were exactly as described here. 1st round with recruiter, why NJ, TMAAT questions about safety and service. 2nd round with a fleet director. No technical questions, just a genuine back and forth conversation. Very pleasant experience overall. Sim eval and logbook review were also as described. Straightforward and simple. Heavy emphasis on safety and customer...
