  • Reapplied 2 months after six months with the same recruiter (Made it through the whole process with a TBNT). Very informal and genuinely just wanting to catch up. She had notes from the previous interview and made it a point to ask new TMAT questions: Why did you decide to become a pilot? New referral person, how do you know them? Have you had to address a safety concern during a flight? Example of when your curiosity led you to explore something new that made you a better aviator. Example of a decision that tested your ethical or professional standards. Wanted to know actual Pilot Flying hours this time. Then standard admin yes/no questions. Heard back two days later with the "executive interview" invite. Scheduling is pretty responsive and flexible all things considered. The interview more or less restated very similar TMAT questions and my "Why Netjets". Then we transitioned into talking about the company and why it was a good fit. Definitely more quality in this "executive interview" than the previous one that was done in Columbus the day of the sim. I like how the company leadership is involved this way. I think it means a little bit more to hiring...

The NetJets interview process begins with a scheduled MS Teams interview, where candidates select a date and time. This first meeting is non-technical and focuses on background and fit. About a month later, a second Teams interview follows with a senior leader, structured as a pilot-to-pilot discussion centered on experience TMAAT, rather than technical questions. Successful candidates are then invited to Columbus for a simulator evaluation, logbook review, and facility tour. Study sim...

HR interview was much more relaxed than anticipated. Having done a lot of reflection on past work/life experiences related to conflict, tough decisions, etc. coupled with this website, I was well prepared. About 30-40 minutes. For the second interview, we covered my flying background, resume, and he asked a few questions. Approx. 40 minutes. Not one technical question. I was asked HOW I PREPARED FOR MY INTERVIEW. Be honest.  All said, this website is worth the money. Good...

    1. application online 2. 1st interview (TMAAT, PRD, Why NJ) 30mins 3. 2nd interview (same as above but with a higher up). 20mins (Both abv through Teams) 3. In person: Sim & "full day of NJ" presentations + logbook review 4. Waiting to hear (a week into waiting at time of writing). HR said it might take 4-6weeks, but everyone I know currently working at NJ got their CJO-phonecall 1-2weeks after (3.) and/or application status online changed to "We are currently prioritizing other...

There are a total of 3 interviews. The first interview is with your recruiter, and is mostly HR questions to determine if you meet the qualifications, i.e. your time, if you can enter Canada, if you have your passport and radio cert. You'll also be asked a few TMAAT questions. The second is also over zoom, but with someone from the flight department. This one usually lasts an hour, and is more like a conversation, with some TMAAT questions and questions about your experience laced in. It...

I did the interview with Erin. She was very nice and pleasant to talk to. Started with how I got into flying and what type of experience I had. Then moved into why NetJets. Next she asked HR type questions, (view the study guide of this website).  Then yes no HR questions. Then I was able to ask questions. And we ended after that. Right at 30 mins. She said she would pass on my info to the higher ups for a second interview. Saw 2 days later on the application status that they were going...

My second interview was with a pilot, very professional and friendly, which helped put me at ease. The questions followed the study guide closely: TMAAT questions, (view the study guide of this website).  I was notified the same day that I would be moving on to the simulator evaluation. I strongly recommend using interview preparation resources: with practice, the experience becomes genuinely pleasant rather than...

Everything on here is spot on. Two initial HR style interviews with a few TMAAT questions, (view the study guide of this website).  First interview with an HR member with recruiting and the second was with a senior manager with the company, all similar questions. Got the invite within 24 hours for the 3rd interview/ Sim evaluation. A full day mixed with a Sim eval, Logbook review (very simple if you have your ATP), tour of the facilities, and a variety of short briefings. All in all a...

My first interview was with Erin. She was very kind and friendly, while still maintaining the right level of professionalism to make the conversation pleasant. We started with some small talk, then I introduced myself, and she asked essentially all the questions listed on the companyâ??s website. I followed the interview preparation outline, and everything went smoothly. The interview lasted about 40 minutes. I was informed the same day that I would be scheduled for a second...

After applying several times I finally got scheduled for my first interview with NetJets. All went great. Recruiter was super nice and laid back. Donâ??t feel like I could have done any better. I logged in 15 minutes before. Clean shaved and nice suit. I was prepared for every question that was asked due to studying all the questions in AviationInterviews. (view the study guide of this website).  Asked why I was leaving my current job. I felt highly liked and felt I would definitely...

The first round was a brief â??get to know youâ? interview on MS Teams with a recruiter and an observer. The recruiter gave a short introduction and went directly into questions about my aviation experience, why I want to work for NetJets, and why I would be a good fit. I was asked TMAAT questions, (view the study guide of this website). The entire interview lasted under ten minutes. I did not advance past the first round and did not receive direct notification, but my status...
