  • Reapplied 2 months after six months with the same recruiter (Made it through the whole process with a TBNT). Very informal and genuinely just wanting to catch up. She had notes from the previous interview and made it a point to ask new TMAT questions: Why did you decide to become a pilot? New referral person, how do you know them? Have you had to address a safety concern during a flight? Example of when your curiosity led you to explore something new that made you a better aviator. Example of a decision that tested your ethical or professional standards. Wanted to know actual Pilot Flying hours this time. Then standard admin yes/no questions. Heard back two days later with the "executive interview" invite. Scheduling is pretty responsive and flexible all things considered. The interview more or less restated very similar TMAT questions and my "Why Netjets". Then we transitioned into talking about the company and why it was a good fit. Definitely more quality in this "executive interview" than the previous one that was done in Columbus the day of the sim. I like how the company leadership is involved this way. I think it means a little bit more to hiring...

I had my initial HR phone interview with Erin for 30 mins over Teams. She was absolutely great! The interview questions posted here on AviationInterviews were spot on. Study these! Have a lot of TMAAT type answers prepared, but not memorized. Have specific examples about safety and customer service. I also prepared a few general questions to ask her at the end of my...

The interview process from start to finish was impeccable on NetJets part. Everything went pretty much like everyone else's experience with TMAAT questions and why NetJets on first two interviews. First interview was with Erin as she was my recruiter. Second was with Derrick (VP of Scheduling) and was a bit longer with more in depth questions focused on customer service. Both were amazing and super nice. The in person experience was top notch all around. Everyone seemed so happy and...

First interview was a video call. Icebreaker question, which led into a walkthrough of my resume. Several TMAAT questions, and then I was asked to provide examples of delivering customer service that went above and beyond. Second interview was with a fleet program director, and that was a relaxed conversation going through my flying career and what my current role involved. I was given the opportunity to ask any questions I wanted about life at NetJets. In-Person interview was a wonderful...

Phone screen was as described! Why Netjets? Tmaat questions, (view the study guide of this website). Interview went well I thought, and interviewer said she would be passing my information to the pilot leadership team. I am expecting to hear back in 3-4 business days from the date of interview. I am on the edge of my seat waiting! Good luck...

1st interview was a video call with a HR rep. Very conversational format. Asked about how I got into aviation, why did I choose NetJets, a couple TMAAT's, why am I looking for new employment, along with several standard HR questions. The second interview was also a video call with a management pilot. He started out by introducing himself and his story. Asked me to walk through my resume. Talking about how I got into aviation. Asked who else I am applying to. Also, several TMAAT's that are...

Everything was exactly from this website. This is the second time I interviewed with Netjets. First time, I went thru everything and completed sim eval and in person interview. They said I did very good but the only reason is my flight time because I had SIC time counted toward my ATP requirements from a PDP program from my previous company and didnt have my full ATP. Then 6-8 months later, I got my PIC upgrade and full ATP, but no PIC in the lear 35/55 yet because we haven't been flying a...

All previous reports are verbatim to the interview process. Study the guide and memorize the calls outs/ profile once they email it to you. Everyone was very friendly both on video calls and in the office. Overall good experience throughout all interviews. Thereâ??s not much else I can add on top of the previous...

The NetJets interview process begins with a scheduled MS Teams interview, where candidates select a date and time. This first meeting is non-technical and focuses on background and fit. About a month later, a second Teams interview follows with a senior leader, structured as a pilot-to-pilot discussion centered on experience TMAAT, rather than technical questions. Successful candidates are then invited to Columbus for a simulator evaluation, logbook review, and facility tour. Study sim...

HR interview was much more relaxed than anticipated. Having done a lot of reflection on past work/life experiences related to conflict, tough decisions, etc. coupled with this website, I was well prepared. About 30-40 minutes. For the second interview, we covered my flying background, resume, and he asked a few questions. Approx. 40 minutes. Not one technical question. I was asked HOW I PREPARED FOR MY INTERVIEW. Be honest.  All said, this website is worth the money. Good...

Logistics were consistent with what has been described in other sim reports. The simulator evaluation took place in the CRJ-200, and the profile was exactly as reported by others (SID and ILS in Newark). Unfortunately, there was no opportunity to familiarize with the simulator prior to the evaluation. Online resources and AI tools helped me dive deeper into the study of the sim packet, which was sent three days before the event. Callouts need to be memorized and delivered accurately....
