Very similar to what your recruiter will tell you, the interview is going to look like. Questions on this site seem accurate as well. Like the other guy who interviewed this week, I waited in the hotel lobby and then they brought us back for the presentation about the company, which probably took 40 minutes. At that time we were encouraged to ask questions throughout which I did. After another 20 minute wait time, they began calling us back in pairs, so there were four interviewers, two to an applicant, and they interviewed two of us at once. Began with some questions about how I got into Aviation and what I like to do outside of work. We went over the basic housekeeping items like logbook stuff and they...

Met a recruiter at PAPA conference and they were extremely helpful and offered their contact information so that we could stay in touch and answer questions and get me in as soon as more interview slots opened up. It took about 6 months to get the interview invite, which was pretty much what the recruiting team was expecting with the big industry downturn in hiring. Phone interview was very low threat, mostly HR questions like "any check ride failures, any drug test failures, etc" and two HR... -

Excellent candidate experience. Initial contact was at one of the major aviation career conferences (i.e.; NGPA, WIA, LPA, PAPA, RTAG). Initially, I did not believe I was competitive for an opportunity at Piedmont given that their presentations often shared that they had over 14,000 applications on file. The presentation stated that actual IMC and multi-engine time increased an application's competitiveness and physical touchpoints, such as the career conference, were important to Piedmont.... -

My interview went exactly how many reviews state on this website. I was asked the same questions as whats on this guide. Definitely have well thought out answers to the HR questions. Learn to brief a jepp approach plate like you would be briefing your captain. I did one of the approaches mentioned in the other reviews but I honestly can't remember which it was now. Good... -

Interview process was very straightforward. They secured my log books and documents during the morning. We had a group orientation with information about the company. Then we were put out in the lobby for them to take us by twos. The interaction with the recruiters was completely genuine. They did their very best to keep it on a conversation level. They just want to make sure that you have some knowledge to your experience and that youâ??re a real person. They are assessing your core... -

The interview experience was really good overall. The study material available on the app was an excellent resource and helped me prepare thoroughly. The day started with a company presentation, which was very well doneâ??they made us feel comfortable and truly welcomed. After that, we waited until we were called in by two interviewers. The interview itself was very smooth and well organized. We discussed topics such as weather, METAR codes, microbursts, approach chart briefings, and... -

The day began with a presentation then we were directed to a waiting area and weâ??re called in pairs. Interview was with an HR and and a pilot, briefly summarize experience, talked about checkride failures and times. Pulled a METAR with abbreviations such as GR GS OCNL TSRA, brief an approach (ILS PHL 27R) , talked about microburst, icing, fog, 91.175, number of seats on the plane and which plane we fly. We all heard back 48 hours later with the CJO and class date was given 10 days after... -

Piedmont bought a ticket for us the night before, event started at 9am with a presentation about the company, projected flow, pay, benefits, destinations. We were then directed to a waiting area from which we were called in groups of 2. Started with TMAAT, and TMAY. Checkride failures. (view the study guide of this website). Then we proceed on to the technical portion. Decode a METAR and TAF (GS, GR, CLR, SKC, P0001) do you need an alternate? Briefed ILS 27R in PHL. Basic... -

From the moment you show up Piedmont does everything to make you feel comfortable. Company presentation is about 30 minutes then they call you back for interviews. If you havenâ??t interviewed by lunch they feed you then you go back out in waiting area. Interview was 45 minutes but felt like 10. Know thunderstorm information, approach plate, and hotspots and other small details on a taxi chart and you will be more than fine. Study guide from this website was also very... -
