Read Page 1 ... asked me to explain any traffic tickets or check ride failures. They asked what my hardest day flying has been (I went all the way back to instrument training for this one). Some more HR questions like have I ever flown with a captain that I learned how I did and did not want to act when I upgrade, how do I think my work style in the flight deck is, etc. There were no TMAAT format questions, but I answered them as if they had been, with stories that showcase my experience rather than just telling them, and that seemed to go over well. After the HR portion, we got into the technical where they handed me a page with 5 METAR. We went through three or four of them and then they asked would I need an alternate for...

Overall was a very pleasant experience. They are all extremely nice and want nothing else but for you to be comfortable and relaxed. They had us drop off our documents prior to 9am to review logbooks and licenses ect. Then after we were called into their presentation on Piedmont. I had studied the study guide and it was exactly how it was set and how everyone else went through on here.... -

I had an excellent interview experience. The recruiter will let you know what to expect about 3 weeks out and give you a list of subjects to study that will be asked during the interview. The company puts you up in a hotel the night prior. The interview starts at 9am. Breakfast opens at 6am. You can drop your logbooks off as early as 830am. There were about 10 people interviewing. They start with a presentation about the company and the benefits you will receive. It was good info and more... -

Interview was very relaxed. Piedmont does a great job with booking a flight and hotel for you since the interview is in Charlotte. The interview is done in the conference room at the hotel. The first hour they review your logbooks and credentials while they have a PowerPoint with an overview of bases, history, pay, benefits, etc. after they called us in 2 at a time for the one on one interviews. It was right around 45 minutes but feels like 5. It was very straight forward and no trick... -

We were flown out the day prior, and put up in the hotel. In the morning, we gathered in a conference room for a quick presentation (45 minutes or so) in which the recruiters introduced themselves and gave us some information regarding Piedmont culture, pay scale, benefits, etc. We then sat in the waiting room while the recruiters interviewed us. There were four recruiters working in teams of two, so that two applicants could be interviewed simultaneously. If your flight home is late in the... -

I originally applied to Piedmont last fall but was told I needed to complete the ATP-CTP which is now a prerequisite. Before I completed by ATP-CTP, I accepted a position with a Part 135 operator. After 6 months of minimal flight activity, I picked up the conversation with the Piedmont recruiters. In order to move forward, it was necessary for me to attack Piedmont on multiple fronts. I attended a Piedmont recruiting event at a flight school, stood in line for an hour at the convention in... -

The interview process is straightforward and consists of both Human Resources (HR) and Technical sections. When you arrive, you will first submit your documents to the team, who will review them before introducing themselves and giving a presentation about the company. After that, you will meet with two recruiters for the interview. It begins with HR questions, where you should be ready to share your experience and provide well-prepared stories that demonstrate your skills and... -

The interview went just as expected per this website and how the recruiter explained the days outline. I had a great experience. Fly out Monday, interview Tuesday and immediately head to the airport when finished. They make you feel as comfortable as one could be for an interview. Company brief first. Then head to the lobby to wait your turn. Why Piedmont, a few standard how would you handle this situation questions, a few TMAT, detailed metar and TAF, Jepp symbology and brief an approach,... -

I was flown out the night before. The next day we started in the morning with a quick 40 minute presentation about the company. Afterwards we waited in the lobby as they interviewed us. The interview consisted of them wanting to get to know me (view the study guide of this website). The technical portion consisted of decoding an METAR (focus on thunderstorms and low visibility), if an alternate was required, components of a thunderstorm and which way it is moving (pointed part of anvil),... -

Truly a great experience. Fly out the day prior, meet downstairs at the Hotel before 9 for logbook and passport drop off, and at 9 they start a briefing about the company. After the briefing theyâ??ll have everyone hang out while they call people back one at a time. Youâ??ll interview with two company reps, one handling HR and one handling technical. Most of the current interview feedback here is totally accurate, there were no surprises. I got basic tell me about yourself and why Piedmont...
