Very similar to what your recruiter will tell you, the interview is going to look like. Questions on this site seem accurate as well. Like the other guy who interviewed this week, I waited in the hotel lobby and then they brought us back for the presentation about the company, which probably took 40 minutes. At that time we were encouraged to ask questions throughout which I did. After another 20 minute wait time, they began calling us back in pairs, so there were four interviewers, two to an applicant, and they interviewed two of us at once. Began with some questions about how I got into Aviation and what I like to do outside of work. We went over the basic housekeeping items like logbook stuff and they...

This website outlines everything exactly as it happened. There were no surprises. There were a total of 9 people in my interview group and they were all First Officer applicants. We all had total flight time between 1380 and 1550 hours, EVERYONE in my group had already completed ATP/CTP, only 2 people were MEI's, and everyone had between 25-40 hours of multi engine. They were very clear that we had been selected because we had all attended multiple Career fair and recruiting events and we... -

The day starts with dropping off your logbooks by 8:30am and talking to the other candidates while they review them. The recruiters give a presentation and make it a friendly environment. You interview with two recruiters. Thereâ??s someone interviewing on the other side of the room but itâ??s not distracting, questions were asked, (view the study guide of this website). Technical: read a long metar, easy if you study the codes. Thunderstorms, icing, microbursts. Briefed an... -

The gouge from this website was spot on, (view the study guide of this website). Tell me about yourself. TMAAT questions. Use the STAR answering format and you'll nail it. Technical questions are off of Jepp charts, brief it and then asked about different symbology. Bad METAR - like the worst of the worst. Know all of the METAR abbreviations and you'll be fine. Be yourself, it's more of a conversation than an... -

The interview experience was exactly as described in this guide. Plan to arrive around 8:15â??8:20 AM, most candidates show up early, and the presentation may begin ahead of schedule if everyone is there. Be yourself and come prepared with solid examples for each TMAAT question. I was asked questions, (view the study guide of this website): TMAAT (multiple) The technical portion was very consistent with this study guide. Overall, the recruiters were very welcoming and created a relaxed,... -

The interview was very close to what this site has on it if you study the questions and have a good personality you will be fine. When you get there they ask you to drop off you logbook, ID, and passport. They started the interview of letting us know that the hardest part was being in the room then went over the company policies and FAQ. Then talk a little bit about pay and where you may be based and what the training process looks like after you are hired. The interview is with two of the... -

The interview went almost exactly like everyone says on here. Study the study guide and youâ??ll be okay. It was 45 min, (view the study guide of this website). Started with HR questions and a few others along the same line. Then technical, Standard questions about symbology and what not. Read a METAR and TAF and decided if we would need an alternate or not. Looked at a picture of a thunderstorm and was asked questions. Looked at a surface analysis chart and answered questions about... -

I got an email requesting me to phone screen, and the phone screen happened 4 days later. The phone screen was very laid-back. Then they asked a few HR questions. At the end, they asked if I could interview at the end of April. The day of the interview you show up to the hotel lobby at 8:30 and the staff takes your logbook for review, then they give you a 30 minute brief about Piedmont and what you can expect as a first officer. After that, they call you in to interview and you... -

The day started off with a presentation about Piedmont before beginning interviews. The recruiters were all very friendly and did a great job putting everyone at ease. They provided lunch while we waited our turn. The interview lasted about an hour. Began with reviewing our application for accuracy and then HR questions. Mostly â??tell me about a time whenâ? questions. Then the last half was technical. A fairly in depth metar and microburst analysis before briefing an ILS approach and... -

The interview went exactly as everyone has been describing here. Most of us met at 8:15 to drop off logbooks for review even though they said to meet at 8:45. DO NOT BE LATE. Don't even be close to on-time. BE WAY EARLY. At 9 sharp they started a 45 minute presentation that answers almost all the questions you'll have for the interviewers. Then they start calling you in two by two. Each interviewee will meet with two recruiters and that actual interview lasts approximately 45 minutes. They... -

Interview is in Charlotte at airport hotel. Make sure to get to the interview 15 mins early. I was 5 in early and they acted like I was late. Interview is conducted by 2 HR personnel who are not pilots. The interview was just like described on Aviation Interviews. It takes about an hour or less. Logbook audit and standard questions related to your experience. Then they asked about why you want to work at Piedmont. HR TMAAT questions. TMAAT you had to use CRM. Technical questions were brief a...
