Very similar to what your recruiter will tell you, the interview is going to look like. Questions on this site seem accurate as well. Like the other guy who interviewed this week, I waited in the hotel lobby and then they brought us back for the presentation about the company, which probably took 40 minutes. At that time we were encouraged to ask questions throughout which I did. After another 20 minute wait time, they began calling us back in pairs, so there were four interviewers, two to an applicant, and they interviewed two of us at once. Began with some questions about how I got into Aviation and what I like to do outside of work. We went over the basic housekeeping items like logbook stuff and they...

From the moment you show up Piedmont does everything to make you feel comfortable. Company presentation is about 30 minutes then they call you back for interviews. If you havenâ??t interviewed by lunch they feed you then you go back out in waiting area. Interview was 45 minutes but felt like 10. Know thunderstorm information, approach plate, and hotspots and other small details on a taxi chart and you will be more than fine. Study guide from this website was also very... -

Had a truly amazing experience with Piedmont. They do a great job of making you feel relaxed and comfortable throughout the process. As much as one could be whoâ??s about to interview at least. The whole process starts with a phone screen with a recruiter. This is about a 15-30 minute call and you will be asked very simple questions like TMAY and why Piedmont along with questions about your driving record, FAA record, checkride failures etc. At the end of the call, you discuss a date for... -

Overall was a very pleasant experience. They are all extremely nice and want nothing else but for you to be comfortable and relaxed. They had us drop off our documents prior to 9am to review logbooks and licenses ect. Then after we were called into their presentation on Piedmont. I had studied the study guide and it was exactly how it was set and how everyone else went through on here.... -

I had an excellent interview experience. The recruiter will let you know what to expect about 3 weeks out and give you a list of subjects to study that will be asked during the interview. The company puts you up in a hotel the night prior. The interview starts at 9am. Breakfast opens at 6am. You can drop your logbooks off as early as 830am. There were about 10 people interviewing. They start with a presentation about the company and the benefits you will receive. It was good info and more... -

Interview was very relaxed. Piedmont does a great job with booking a flight and hotel for you since the interview is in Charlotte. The interview is done in the conference room at the hotel. The first hour they review your logbooks and credentials while they have a PowerPoint with an overview of bases, history, pay, benefits, etc. after they called us in 2 at a time for the one on one interviews. It was right around 45 minutes but feels like 5. It was very straight forward and no trick... -

We were flown out the day prior, and put up in the hotel. In the morning, we gathered in a conference room for a quick presentation (45 minutes or so) in which the recruiters introduced themselves and gave us some information regarding Piedmont culture, pay scale, benefits, etc. We then sat in the waiting room while the recruiters interviewed us. There were four recruiters working in teams of two, so that two applicants could be interviewed simultaneously. If your flight home is late in the... -

Study guide was spot on. Know Jepp Chart Symbols for approach plates and airport diagram. Basic weather questions, describe a type of fog, stages of a thunder storm and stages of entering a microburst. Interview mainly consisted of HR questions getting to know you. Interview was about 40-50min. Quick turnaround with class date being 4 weeks after... -

I originally applied to Piedmont last fall but was told I needed to complete the ATP-CTP which is now a prerequisite. Before I completed by ATP-CTP, I accepted a position with a Part 135 operator. After 6 months of minimal flight activity, I picked up the conversation with the Piedmont recruiters. In order to move forward, it was necessary for me to attack Piedmont on multiple fronts. I attended a Piedmont recruiting event at a flight school, stood in line for an hour at the convention in...
