Technical interview was first, over MSTeams. They send a few Jepp charts to study, although these weren't the ones used. They basically give a scenario where you are doing a flight from one place to another under IFR. So they have you copy down a CRAFT clearance (which was a full route) and see how you do with that. They ask you a few regulation questions (definitely know whether you can takeoff and land under part 91 or 135). Ask about hotspots, ask me to brief a SID, how I would fly it. Along the way they ask you some random chart symbology like the MSA, highest obstacle, frequencies, etc. Just know everything about Jepp charts. The interview was very straight forward, no trick questions. For the technical interview we reviewed how to fly a full IRF flight plan reviewing symbology and procedures of a SID, STAR, ILS, and requirements for an alternate airport. Also went over some basic VFR sectional data such as airport specifications based off of the sectional. Technical interview was a few weeks back. Got the call next day to schedule a fly out to Florida for HR and Sim. Had a great experience while there. They are looking for people that are personable and social so make sure to get to know all the recruiters and your fellow interviewees because you will likely be in class with them. Technical interview was very much like the study guide. There was more questions on 135 regulations than I anticipated but was very much like the study guide said. Jepp charts, brief a STAR and ILS. After conference, received email about the interview for the following week. Technical interview was through team video call and it was somewhat similar to the study guide here. Technical interview was exactly as described on here. Copy a CRAFT and a simulation flight. Briefing a SID and Approach, then some VFR chart symbology. If you're a CFI you'll do just fine. The technical interview is very straightforward no tricks. Use the study guide and you will be fine. There was a dinner and presentation for a group of 25 with the HR interview the next day. The HR and pilot recruiting team are just as friendly as everybody says. Just be friendly and show genuine interest in the company. There is also a brief sim evaluation with a SID and approach before the HR interview. The simulator was G1000 and they have GPS failed so you fly only with green needles.... -

Expect an informational session, very in depth explaining all aspects of the position as well as the compensation. Dress code was business casual and dinner was served Several chief pilots and assistant pilots were there. Opportunity to talk with the other pilots and employees was great for networking.
