  1. Oct 24, 2019 The interview/questions is/are straight forward (no trick questions). They (Silver) want you to succeed. 6. Interview is spot on with what the others say. Its very easy going, a few scenario questions. HR staff are friendly and make you feel at home while you wait on your interview. Interview was done with the Chief Pilot and a HR person. From talking to other pilots they all seem to enjoy working here and are not in a hurry to leave. Pay is on the lower end but is in arbitration so it may go up. New ATR aircraft are arriving one a month and replacing the Saab... Continue reading this interview experience

  7. Great interview, very friendly folks in South Florida. Started with questions around the law in a yes and no reply then he went on to explain how Silver is growing their bases and the type of flying they do. Hard to get per diem since they only pay $1.90 if you go ver 9 hours of duty. Something to consider as their hourly pay is well below the rest of the Regionals They are close to opening a base in San Juan, PR as soon as they close on another small airline they bought down in PR. Some... Continue reading this interview experience

He asked me a few technical... Continue reading this interview experience

  10. Extremely pleasant interview process. Very professional. Began with phone screening then an online technical assessment that was about 45 questions based on Jepp approach plates. The interview was via Skype with the assistant chief pilot and an HR rep. Very friendly. Mostly TMAAT questions and then a couple of technical questions to make sure I was actually a pilot. Heard back in about three weeks. Nothing from the interview that was not covered in the gouge from this site. Everything was... Continue reading this interview experience
