Was in group B for the afternoon interview. Started it off with a tour of the grounds. Three part interview logbook review, panel interview, SBQ they call you back one at a time and will randomly give you one of the three parts. It was a great interview experience. Everyone is very friendly and easy to talk to throughout the whole day. If staying at the hotel as recommended by SW in your invite. I would highly recommended taking the 6:30 am shuttle to arrive before 7:30. The 6:30 was basically full. I have also heard people not being able to make the 7:00am shuttle due to it being full. All Interviews here are accurate. Did the tour followed by a presentation and the whole group waited together in a large waiting room. Log book review with an FO. Reviewed total times, PRD and asked about a check ride failure. Back to the waiting room and then brought in with a captain for SBQ.  It goes super quick.  (view the Sim/Scenario section in the study guide of this website).  10 minutes and then Done . Excellent interview experience. PM group, we started by handing over logbooks and some other documents, then continued with a tour of their fantastic facilities. Then we moved into the interview waiting area where we were individually called randomly for each of the three interviews (Panel, SBQ, and Logbook review). Interview went as explained by others. I had the 11am group. I checked in at about 10:30 and had about 30 minutes to meet the other applicants. We were given a tour of the facilities starting at 11 followed by a presentation of why we should want to work for Southwest. We were given about a 10 minute break after. I was in the AM group. Class size of about 30 in the morning and 30 in the afternoon. I took the 0630 shuttle from the hotel as its first come first serve, and even that shuttle was relatively full. Starts off with a presentation of the history of the airline and the major bulletin points of the current contract. Then itâ??s interview time. Interviewing with SWA was an amazing experience. They put you at ease and really mean it when they say "be yourself". They take you on a tour of the training center and show you all of the SWA memorabilia there. Was the morning group. Started off the briefing about the company, very laid back and then we all hung out at the hiring break room near the entrance. Everyone does 3 events, SBQ, HR, Logbook review. And not in any specific order. After that we did a tour of the LEAD building which is their training facility. WOW!!! Question asked for all events were a lot of the same that are on here. My Southwest interview experience was very positive overall. The afternoon group started with a tour of the LEADs training center, which was impressive and a great way to kick things off. The rest of the interview process aligned with whatâ??s been shared in previous posts. The employees were exceptionally kind and made what is naturally a long day feel welcoming and well-organized. Candidate backgrounds seemed to vary widely, but everyone brought strong, unique experience to the table....
