Wonderful experience! I was in the PM group and got there a little earlier (9:45am or so) and am glad I did. There was one other guy there, so it made it really easy to start mingling, and the next 5 or 6 people that showed up naturally just came to chat with us which helped to get comfortable pretty quick. Took the 6:30am van from the hotel and made some friends on the way to HQ. Mingled outside with other candidates and signed in with security at about 7:00am. Fantastic experience at the SWA interview, it was exactly as expected. I submitted my app on the second to last day of the app window, received next steps email within 2 days. Submitted all items that night (make sure you complete ALL of it, including attaching something to all 3 slots of the LOR section otherwise they will not process it), got the email for an interview the next day.
