Apr 04, 2024 The HR interview was very smooth and fast. Be honest and be yourself and it will be fine. Have good answers for the team do not just say the bare minimum. The technical interview was a challenge, this is essentially an IR/CFII check ride. Come prepared know your stuff. Approach plates, Departures and arrivals. Mar 13, 2024 I had a great experience with the hiring process. Everyone at the company is very nice and helping. The initial interview is the equivalent to a zoom call. I studied ahead for this one but in reality its just a presentation on the company to make sure you meet the requirements and want to pursue flying for them. Mar 01, 2024 Interview process was very straight forward. Three part interview process. First was HR, basic questions and a presentation about the company and culture. This was a great opportunity to ask questions. Second was the technical. This was very much like an IFR checkride. Jan 03, 2024 HR was very straightforward. Was asked about my times, what got me into aviation, and my base preference. Whole thing lasted 20mins and we just went through the presentation from the website. Technical lasted 90mins and was just like an IR check ride. Talked about departures and approaches from OXC, LWM, and one other major airport in the NE. No "gotcha" questions. Just basic IR questions and briefed several plates.
