The recruiting team and staff were all awesome! Friendly, welcoming, and created an enjoyable atmosphere. Below is my experience and perspective. That could, of course, vary depending on recruiters, candidates, and most importantly YOU (study, prep, attitude). I respect their time of contacting me and bringing me out to meet with them so I put great effort into studying, prepping, asking myself if this really is a good fit, and finally, practicing my answers so that they would get and see my BEST (they deserve it based on what they do for the candidates from start to finish). Phone screen (1 hour): Friendly, relaxed, enjoyable. If you are excited, then BE excited and let them get to know the real YOU (personality) and really why you want to work at XO (lifestyle, fit, passion). Talk through your background (personal life mixed with work/resume). Study the highlights of... Continue Reading this Interview Experience

  1. Aug 02, 2020 Pretty much what everyone else has stated. It was an hr or so long get to know you and your back ground some tech questions that are listed here and some what would you do questions. Will contact back in 7-10 days about where we go from here. They are also now doing online meeting for the big interview instead of flying you to Florida for a face to... Continue reading this interview experience

  2. Jul 28, 2020 All of the other reviews are still spot on even though now it's being done virtually. I got a call on a Friday morning to see if I was available the coming Tuesday to do a virtual interview. I received a schedule for my interview day on that Friday afternoon. My first panel was the technical, it was very laid back and they made me feel at ease. Expect to brief an approach that has a few gotcha's and then have a somewhat realistic but at the same time not realistic scenario to explain on... Continue reading this interview experience

  3. Jul 24, 2020 First interview call was with an H.R. lady over the phone. Typical HR questions. Was told if I did ok they would move forward and I’d hear back. About 7 days later I received an email explaining the next phase on being hired. The next phase would include technical questions, etc. Interviewed with a Challenger Capt. Very friendly asked me they same question as listed on AviationInterviews.  Several random questions were asked. Went over resume. Honestly I did not have a good... 4. Jun 16, 2020 Standard interview questions as mentioned in many of these gouges. Special position for a managed account so interview was with Global Chief Pilot and other management personnel on video interview.  WWYD questions. (view the study guide of this website). Very unique position with limited interviews so left out personal demographics that could identify... Continue reading this interview experience

  5. Feb 26, 2020 The recruiting team and staff were all awesome! Friendly, welcoming, and created an enjoyable atmosphere. Below is my experience and perspective. 6. Feb 26, 2020 Most answers and experiences here were right on. Be yourself, study regs, practice answering common HR questions. Practice answering questions about yourself, your experiences, TMAATs (flying, customer service, above and beyond, unusual client request/situation and how you handled it). Be able to talk about who you are, what you have done, and how you would make decisions. Let them get to know YOU! They want to know you and want to hire you unless you give them a reason not to. The company... Continue reading this interview experience

  7. Feb 25, 2020 All the previous reviews are spot on. I interviewed at the new FLL office. There were 5 of us that interviewed for XO and 2 for CR. The company flies you to FLL on their own dime, puts you up in a Hilton property and has a first class limo service take you to and from the interview. The first part of the day started with a tour of their new facility and then on to the PRIA review and an explanation of all the benefits. We were split up into groups for different parts of the interview... Continue reading this interview experience

  8. Feb 25, 2020 Exactly the same as other XOJET interviewees have described. Nothing new to add. Be prepared to the best of your ability and you will go into the interview with the confidence that you can do the job. That confidence will come thru to the interviewers. Most of all, be yourself. I can't stress this... Continue reading this interview experience

  9. Feb 19, 2020 Very laid back. Everyone was very friendly and very professional. Not having interviewed in years I was nervous going in but the experience was excellent. They flew me to FLL (and home), and had a car service pick us up at the hotel in the morning. The group was diverse in experience and I’d be happy to fly with any of them. We had a brief by a Standards Captain, introductions then they pulled us out one at a time to go over paperwork and drug test. We then had HR and tech... Continue reading this interview experience

  10. Feb 18, 2020 Interview was scheduled at 8a.m. at XOJET’s new/temporary offices in Fort Lauderdale. I drove as I live in the south Florida area. I was the first to arrive at 7:30 which I think made a good impression. There were about 8 candidates in total with a variety of backgrounds. After a brief introduction we were split up into groups. I first went to the cog test which is essentially a basic aptitude test. Its timed and there’s no real way to prepare for it. It lasted about 45... Continue reading this interview experience
