Read Page 1 ... There were no technical questions, only behavioral â??tell me about a timeâ? questions. Some were unique compared to other trip reports, so it helped to have a variety of real examples ready to go. The interviewers seemed focused on how well applicants align with Breezeâ??s core values. Training and Hiring Information: Training will be held in Salt Lake City, Utah. Training is about seven weeks long, from day one through IOE. Pay begins immediately at the start of training with a 70-hour monthly guarantee. Additional Notes: If successful, I should expect to receive a Conditional Job Offer (CJO) within one to two weeks. They mentioned that Breeze is a bit backed up right now and that hiring decisions are typically...

I felt like the interview went very well! The 2 interviewers were excellent and made it feel more like a conversation but still had great questions for me. They also give you a chance at the end to clarify, edit, add on any additional info you might want them know. Questions asked, (view the study guide of this... -

The interview process was absolutely seamless! I sent in my application last month and heard back the next day for the questionnaire and then every few days I would get a new assessment then PRD, recorded interview and then logbook info. Then I was invited for the in person interview (on teams) and it was with 2 people from the company. They were so beyond friendly and made the interview very relaxed. They asked basic stuff like why Breeze, what makes you stand out against the other... -

The process from submitting my application to getting the invite to the live interview was about 5 months with numerous steps in-between. The interview was a Teams meeting with two Breeze employees. One who was a Pilot and one who was a flight attendant and numerous other HR positions at different airlines. Both were very personable and easy to talk with. All the questions on this site were accurate on the type of questions that were asked. The interview took about 30 minutes and honestly... -

Process started with answering 3 prompts, youâ??re given 30 seconds to prepare. (view the study guide of this website). A few days later I was sent a cognitive assessment, and then a personality assessment. Then shared my logbook. Itâ??s a smooth process, they just want you to be yourself. Good... -

I submitted my application and then received invitations for a brief problem-solving assessment. After that assessment, I was invited for a personality assessment. Both took less than 30 minutes. 3 weeks later, I was invited to respond to recorded interview questions. It was only 3 questions and you have <1 minute to prepare a response and then 2 minutes to record your response. About a week later, I received a polite "no" from Breeze. Overall, the process was straightforward, but it was... -

I applied over the summer and advanced through all 6 steps at about a month per step (Initial app, questionnaire, cognitive/personality test, PRD and Logbook review, final interview). I got the CJO about a week after I did the final interview. The hiring process was very friendly and transparent, I got frequent updates from the recruiting department every few weeks. My in person interview lasted about 45 minutes with a chief pilot and HR rep. They started by asking 4 TMAAT questions... -

Interview was exactly like the previous posts, super relaxed and chill, was almost a conversation. My interviewers were a Chief Pilot and former Flight Attendant, who now works in the Human Resources Department. They very much put me at ease, it was as a great experience overall, even if I did not receive the CJO. The recruitment team was very good about pushing information forward about delays and where you were in the process. The entire process took about 5 months, from application...
