Read Page 1 ... panel with Anthony from HR the chief Pilot and another woman I think from the compliance, the job was in Central America and they didn’t know most of questions I asked, no per diem, no housing, no transportation no nothing just your hourly pay dry which you have to pay taxes in the country you will be working and to Uncle Sam. Because I asked them to help me on my first month of housing until I get my own place they...

Microsoft Teams interview with panel: DO, Chief Pilot, VP, Ops Manager and former DO. Personnel questions and some technical questions. Mostly a holistic interview based on my resume and contacts in industry. Resume was walked in by a contact and recruiter. Technical questions involved airspace, TMAAT, weight and balance and what would you do... -

Great experience with Dynamic. Everyone is super friendly. I can't stress this enough. Practice for the sim eval. You will get a tour of the operation and it is impressive. You will also get some time to practice on the sim and an instructor will walk you through how to use everything. (view the study guide of this website, including the Sim/Scenario section). After that they will tell you if you passed. The interview was with an HR rep, chief pilot, and training person. I was asked... -

The in person interview in Bridgewater is two part including a pass/fail simulator evaluation in a desktop A36 bonanza simulator. (view the Sim/Scenario section in the study guide of this website). TMAAT, and CRM based questions. The staff is incredibly friendly and fair. But don’t expect to pass if you don’t put in your best effort. Be IFR proficient not just current, identify your navaids, and be ready to own up to any and all mistakes that you make as ownership and... -

The interview experience with Dynamic Aviation was, overall, a great experience. I submitted my application to the company's online portal, and I emailed a cover letter to the recruiter whom I met at a career fair early in my flight training. The recruiter responded and asked me to respond to a few essay questions. From there, he arranged a remote interview with me. The remote interview was on Microsoft Teams. It consisted of HR-style questions and about my flying experience. I... -

Had an absolutely fantastic time interviewing with Dynamic. After checking in, I was given a tour of the facility and had the opportunity to ask questions about the company and learn more about the day to day as we walked around. The Sim eval was immediately after. They are very helpful going through each and every instrument and part of the sim to make sure they are evaluating your flying and not your ability to operate new equipment on the fly. I was given 20 minutes of practice time, and... -

I went to the job fair that was held earlier this month and applied for the ADA Captain position. Upon arriving I was checked in and told that there would be a small wait as there were other pilots interviewing ahead of me. All the Dynamic employees were extremely friendly and helpful. Once it was my turn to interview I was asked a series or TMAAT questions and told about the type of missions that I would be flying. The interviewer was a line pilot so I was able to ask day in the life... -

I was contacted 5 days after submitting my application over the phone, then they provided up to $1500 in reimbursement for airfare, hotel and rent car to attend the interview, got there 8 am, one of HR staff walked me through the company after that I went and took a SIM test, this very old table SIM that I never used before, but was enough to do the VOR course and approach they asked me. After that there was an interview panel with Anthony from HR the chief Pilot and another woman I think... -

The interview is 2-part. Part 1 is a "simulator" assessment using a PC-ATD, (view the sim/scenario section in the study guide of this website). Part 2 was a face to face with the HR manager and a hiring manager. The Site Manager was a part of the interview as well via Teams. Then questions. They also want honest feedback on the simulator portion and your goals. They were transparent that this is not a "traditional" pilot position where you show up, fly, then...

First Sim, (view the Sim/Scenario section in the study guide of this website). Once you pass the sim, you'll have a sit down with at least one HR rep and one department lead for whichever you applied. You will get some standard questions from HR ( "Can you name a time you had difficulty with a crewmember...etc") They are looking for good personalities to be "stuck" with in a cockpit and who can work well with not only other crew members but customers. Good...

The HR interview was very calm and nice nothing fancy, they will incorporate the questions into the conversation and they'll make you fell very comfortable to answer. It started off by tell me about yourself, and then several HR type questions. (view the study guide of this website)....
