  1. Nov 07, 2023 Applied for the F9 cadet program on Oct 19th and invited for interview on Oct 31st. The interview was a robot video interview consisting of 5 HR questions all of which are already posted on here. During the interview the question will pop up on screen and you have 60 seconds to think of your response. At the 60 second mark it will automatically start recording you and you have a limit of 3 minutes to say your response. I submitted my interview Nov 8th, currently waiting for a... 2. Oct 26, 2023 HR rep was lovely. I was asked general HR type questions, (view the study guide of this website).  Technical portion with the captain was interesting. He told me that a question could be too advanced and that if I don’t know it to just say pass.  Next he asked me a Descent calculation scenario.  My advice: study, prepare good HR responses (you want to start off strong in the interview) using Frontiers website to form an answer focusing on culture. Wear a suit and tie,... Continue reading this interview experience

  3. Oct 26, 2023 Interview went well just as described. Multiple questions from the gouge. Was with an hr rep and first officer and both were very friendly and made the interview... Continue reading this interview experience

  4. Oct 19, 2023 I interviewed as a part of a university pathway program, and it was relatively straight forward. We showed up at 7:30am, and were done around 3:30pm, so plan for a full day. As for the general interview process, this gouge is 100 percent accurate, follow it and you will be fine. That said, for the pathway programs we did not have a sim scenario or a paper tiger portion, only the HR/Technical panel. When you get there, don't be on your phone and socialize with the other applicants. This... Continue reading this interview experience

  5. Oct 13, 2023 Straightforward interview experience. The typical HR questions were identical to the ones listed here. Technical questions included when you need an alternate and 91.175. The interview was roughly 20... Continue reading this interview experience

  6. Sep 29, 2023 Applied for the F9 Cadet Program after attending a 141 training program. Also had 250 in CE-560 and type rating. Initial screening was via a video robot interview asking 5 HR questions. After that was a personality and quantitative analysis online assessment. About 2 weeks later got appointment for HR/Technical. Followed advice here and prepared answers to every question. Looked at company website, including area for investors which spoke about company philosophy and goals. Interview... Continue reading this interview experience

  7. Sep 26, 2023 Very relaxed and professional.  I was asked several HR type questions, (view the study guide of this website).  What kind of airplane do you fly? (I own my airplane)  I also have an A&P cert so the person interviewing me didn't drill too hard into the systems... Continue reading this interview experience

  8. Sep 25, 2023 My Interview experience was great. There was an HR person who introduced herself as well as the Frontier pilot who would be doing my technical portion. For the HR portion I was asked 6 questions and for the Technical I was also asked about 6 questions. HR asked me What 3 skills a good leader should have, Whcih of the 3 I feel is my best skill which I would bring to Frontier.  Also asked other questions, (view the study guide of this website).  For the technical,  What FAR's... 9. Sep 25, 2023 The interview was straightforward. I was interviewed by a HR rep and a Captain from Frontier; each taking turns asking HR questions first. Some of the questions they asked were not in the gouge. However, the gouge definitely prepared me to think on my feet. The HR rep then stepped away for the Captain to ask me technical questions. He asked about my aircraft, V speeds, spins and how to recover from it. Afterwards, the representative came back and gave me the opportunity to ask questions to... 10. Sep 22, 2023 Interview gouge is pretty spot on. Interviewed with a Pilot Recruiter and a Captain. They were both very professional and relaxed. Interview lasted 30 minutes > Questions were right out of the gouge. . They did ask me about what I most recently learned. (was not in gouge) I applied last month when they opened the application window. Online assessment mid last month, interview about 10 days later. I received my email to schedule the Teams Interview middle of this month and... Continue reading this interview experience
