FREE Hawaiian Airlines pilot interview information and gouge

Read Page 1 ... Questions,  they also mentioned that some do not get hired in the first round and if Im not hired this time that I can reapply in the next window. I found this comment to be a bit unsettling this early in the interview process but tried my best to keep confidence high for the remainder of the day. Management Questions (most laid back group I interviewed with). There were other Potential questions that I wasnt asked (but prepped for). (view the Sim/Scenario section and the study guide of this... Continue Reading this Interview Experience

  1. Mar 24, 2023 Great experience with every interviewer. Very standard questions and the gouge found on here was very accurate. Every question I had on the interview was found... Continue reading this interview experience

  2. Mar 10, 2023 Happy to say this gouge is spot on. There were a few questions they asked that weren’t on here but it was mostly just something they were curious about that they saw on my resume. Once again biggest question was “why Hawaiian” it would be good to have a killer answer. The CRM event I got was heading into HNL and the airport is closed due to an emergency. The people before us that day got the scenario where you are at your ETP and something happens. Just work through the... Continue reading this interview experience

  3. Feb 24, 2023 Amazing experience and all the questions on here were exactly what I was asked during the process. Everyone at the headquarters made me feel very welcomed and very relax throughout the entire process. I had the 11:00AM time slot and arrived 45 minutes early and waited in the lobby until the other applicant arrived and we were brought into the facility and had lunch. Afterwards we did the CRM exercise, followed by the Pilot panel and ended with the management... Continue reading this interview experience

  4. Feb 24, 2023 Exactly as described in previous reviews. (study the scenario section) Probably the easiest interview I have... Continue reading this interview experience

  5. Feb 23, 2023 If you work on the questions available here you will be prepared. Most important is if you really want to fly for HAL and why. If you have other reasons to live in Hawaii other than work it is a plus unless you are trying to get hired for the cargo operation. Got the answer and CJO on the day after. Waiting for psyc tests, back ground check and class... Continue reading this interview experience

  6. Feb 23, 2023 Experience shared here was totally spot on, and there was no surprise beyond what you can grasp here. All the interviewers and peer interviewees were very laid back and you would feel relaxed from the very beginning. The CRM session may ask you to team up with other applicant(s), either would play PF and the other PM; therefore, it is of vital importance to get along well with everyone, which may be one of the most critical aspects you will be assessed... 7. Feb 17, 2023 As described by the latest candidates. They fly you in and out of one their destination on HAL network. you stay at a hotel downtown Honolulu by the Waikiki area. You get meal vouchers upon checking in. Get to your interview a bit early to figure out the way there. Very relaxed but professional atmosphere. Depending on the time of your interview you either start or end up with the lunch. Expect a 4-5 hours process, including management panel, pilot panel then a CRM exercise. You get a... 8. Feb 16, 2023 It was a super laid back experience. Everyone was really nice. There were three sections. We started with the CRM exercise. This was a fuel management exercise. There was a plane which had declared an emergency going into HNL. You’ve been directed to hold with 1:15 min of fuel. Diversion to Maui would cost 23 minutes. How would you work the scenario? After that, I went to the management panel, which consisted of a lot of background questions and they asked what was one thing you might... Continue reading this interview experience

  9. Feb 10, 2023 Interviews were pretty much as everyone described. Started off with the partner CRM scenario, unconscious passenger right before the turn point. There's no right answer, they just want to see good decision go into what your final decision is. After that, I had the pilot panel interview. They were both nice guys. One even gave me a heads up that every question they'd be asking is exactly what's posted here. I think I scored more points by just giving genuine answers and being personable... 10. Feb 10, 2023 Interview is very straight forward and the environment is very inviting. Everyone is sweet and understands nerves are high and they made me feel very comfortable throughout the entire process. Questions here are spot on and should have no problem in the interview. Best of luck to... Continue reading this interview experience
