David Potter received a $3,000 scholarship

(Email from David):
Dear Mike,

I would like to start by saying thank you to everyone involved in the Aviationinterviews.com Scholarship, especially you and your family for making this scholarship a reality. I cannot thank you and your family enough for all you have done in helping me become that much closer to achieving my dream. I will be saving up a little more money and combine it with the money from the scholarship to pay for multi-engine training.
The one thing I enjoy most about this scholarship, as I have mentioned before, is the interview process that you have all applicants do. This process lets every applicant walk away one step closer to their goals whether they are selected as a recipient or not. I believe this because during the interview, both you and your family have such great advice and experiences that have helped shape my plan and strategies to achieve my goal.
I am honored to have been selected as one of the 2014 Aviationinterviews.com scholarship recipients. I hope one day I can pay-it-forward by helping and inspiring my peers and colleagues the way you have done for me. Again, I would like to thank you and your brother for the knowledge and wisdom that you have shared with me.

Thanks,
David Potter

Sarah Demkovich received a $2,000 scholarship

(Email from Sarah Demkovich):
Dear Peters Family,

Thank you so much granting me the AviationInterviews.com Scholarship. Every year, your family comes down to SIU and makes life changing contributions to the education of several students. I am honored and immensely appreciative of this scholarship. Paying it forward should take place in our everyday lives, but your family goes above and beyond what anyone can expect.
I pledge to continue doing my best to pay it forward to my friends, colleagues, and peers. Thank you for inspiring me to work hard and persevere. With this scholarship, I plan to sign up for AF207B and earn my multi-engine rating. Without your help, earning my multi-engine rating at Southern Illinois University would not be possible.
Thank you again for everything you have done to help me earn my flight ratings and certificates as well as help pay for my education. "Thank you" is simply not enough.

Happy skies,
Sarah Demkovich

(Email from Travis Walczynski):
Dear Mike,

I wanted to thank you for the great support through the Aviation Interviews.com Aviation Scholarship. I cannot tell you how much I appreciate the financial support. My family and I will always be grateful for the help.
I am currently a senior here at Southern Illinois University. I am trying to instill all of the pointers Brian gave me onto the members of Aviation Management Society before my presidential term concludes in December. I will be putting the money you have awarded me to good use. It is going to be put towards my multi engine rating here at SIU. I plan to start it this summer following the completion of becoming a certified flight instructor.
I hope to see you soon so I can thank you in person.
Thank you again for your amazing generosity

Sincerely,
Travis Walczynski
