My interview experience was plagued with technical issues. My internet connection, equipment (tried three different computers) checked out, but the connection was below dial up standards of quality. In my email they said it would be 2.5 hours but the interview only ended up being 1.5, and he said that was the norm. I would make sure you go on the SkyWest website and pick 1 or 2 of their core values that resonate with you the most.
