I submitted my application early fall. The day I submitted my application, I received an email to complete the CUT-E test. I completed two Meet & Greets with AA. (one the next month and one 4 months later. I had a third Meet & Greet scheduled with AA at WAI. Three weeks prior to my M&G at WAI, I...

As all others stated: this page is SPOT ON, ZERO surprises. I was very pleased with the in-person process. The museum is amazing! The overall experience was actually enjoyable despite being nervous. Looking back, I feel like the HR online interview probably holds more weight than originally thought. I think once you get the in-person interview you are probably 95% there. Thats my personal opinion anyway. The interview is held under the DC-3 which is awesome. It is very personal and... -

This page helped me prepare more than anything else. Read through each study guide question and have an answer for everything and you'll be well prepared. The HR video interview was easy, we went over logbook stuff, TMAY, one TMAAT question (view the study guide of this website), one scenario (explain how you would divert in Layman's terms). The in person interview was an awesome experience, they do a really good job at making you feel relaxed and comfortable. We got there and did our... -

Interview was exactly as described from the other experiences on this site. Make sure you use the study guide. Everyone in the hiring department was very nice and kind. They want you to be there and to have an enjoyable experience. After the interview, we sat back in the waiting room to see if anyone's name gets called. I unfortunately had my name called at the very first to come back into the offices. The logbook reviewer had a question about my logbook/application that didn't add up. It... -

As everyone above has stated, the interview is very personable and relaxed. Easily the best interview experience Iâ??ve had! Read the gouge here and you will be fine! Make sure you have your logbooks squared away. That seemed to be the only factor separating those that received CJOs vs those who were unfortunately escorted... -

The HR portion of the interview went as previously discussed; TMAY, WHY AA?, TMAAT someone didnâ??t agree with a decision you made, How do you promote inclusion in the work place, and questions about my application. Very low threat. 2 week later was the in person interview. As stated in previously, great experience and they do a great job keeping you calm so they can get the opportunity to you the real you. Balance your answers with the STAR format, and what you learned from the experience.... -

All the gouge on this site is spot on. Can not stress enough the importance of having your logbooks in order and added properly, they know what they are looking for and very good at finding errors, so comb through your numbers carefully. 12 of 14 candidates given a CJO in my... -

It went mostly as everything said on here. Everyone was incredibly welcoming, and they helped calm your nerves. We just have a conversation with the interviewers. I was asked to tell them about myself, two TMAAT questions, and two WWYD questions. Then some conversational talk. Regarding the TMAAT questions, the first one was really two in one, asking both for my MOST and LEAST effective briefing. Then for the WWYD questions, they kept digging deeper, changing up the scenario, adding new... -

Read the gouge here and you will be good. Started with email invite, followed by HR interview. Very professional in the HR Zoom portion. TMW AA and one TMAT question. The rest was paperwork preparation and confirmation of good logbooks. Make sure you have tail numbers inserted ,not FLT #'s for 121 flying, do not show up with out them inserted. It was a lot of extra work, but well worth it! As everyone above has stated, the interview is very professional and relaxed. Interviewed under the DC3... -

Same as previous written gouges. Experience was the same. HR: Explain a GA situation at 50ft on short final, Explain what accountability means to you, Tell me about yourself. Interview was exactly the same as previous gouges, interview questions with one CA/FO: TMAY, deadheading and a passenger is filming a verbal altercation with a Flight Attendant, What are some things you might consider if your departure and destination airport have marginal winter weather, TMAT you had someone not follow... -

The previous gouges are spot on. They shuttle you to the museum. Upon checking in youâ??ll receive a badge. Put up your bags. Youâ??ll then go to a separate room, where they will check your docs and drop off your logbooks. Then they will take you to the museum. Be escorted into the theatre, watch a short film about American's culture. Youâ??ll come back out into the museum, where youâ??ll wait for your interview team to grab you. A Captain and FO will be your interview team. 2 TMAAT...
