Interview experience was very similar to others posted on this site. Highly recommend reviewing the study guide on this site as well, as the questions I received on my panel interview seemed to be taken directly from here. Phone interview came a few days after I submitted my application. Very non-threatening call with a recruiter who basically wants to learn about you and your flying history. About a week later, I got an email with instructions on how to schedule an interview in Dallas. The closest date was about a month after I received the email. About a week from my interview date, I received an email with travel itinerary (they buy you a round-trip ticket from the airport of your choice and a hotel room for the night), sim scenario guide, and instructions on what to bring and how the interview day is organized. Day of the interview began with a shuttle ride to the Center at 630am, so we arrived on the early side. Interview started with a company presentation at 730, but we were met in the lobby by company personnel, received visitor badges, and were escorted to a lounge with coffee, water, and...

I flew in the day before and landed in the early afternoon, spending a few hours preparing. I had dinner at the hotel restaurant, and by 6:15 the next morning the packed meals were ready. There were about a dozen candidates in total, including a few foreigners and military pilots. At 6:30 the shuttle took us to CAE. We left our luggage on the ground floor and brought our required documents upstairs for the interview. We were welcomed in a lounge area with food and drinks and had time for a... -

Panel interview and Sim Session was exactly as expected. Be yourself and be honest. Be personable and respectful. On sim session keep your scan going and if you are correcting, say what you are correcting. Act like PIC in the sim with normal SOP call outs. Everyone was very nice and they want you to have the job. Its yours to... -

I submitted my application & messaged a recruiter directly, right after doing so (Taylor). She had sent me a message several months prior with a google sheet link to fill out -- I did that as well. Was emailed to set up the phone interview the next day. The panel interview was as advertised on here -- no surprises. Make sure you can keep up in the sim, and call out corrections if you deviate from... -

I received a request for a phone interview the day after applying. Initial phone screening confirmed that I had minimum hours and qualifications. Then offered an in-person interview in Dallas. Prior to the in-person you must upload your pilot documents and take a few on-line assessments. The company provided excellent coordination for scheduling, flying me to Dallas the night before the interview. Met day of interview at about 6:15 in lobby for 6:30 shuttle to CAE. Bag breakfast provided,... -

The interview process is just like everyone who stated before had explained. Did the phone screen was approximately 25 mins. Then got the email to schedule the in person in DFW. The entire process was easy and straight forward. Once in DFW on the day of the interview we were given a detailed presentation on the company. This led to sim eval for me it as the challenger 601, (view the Sim/Scenario section in the study guide of this website). Rest was as described on the guide in regards... -

The interview was very straight forward and was as advertised. The day started at 0730 with a company presentation, then we had the panel interview and sim sessions. While waiting our turn for each, we waited in a breakroom. This gave us time to relax and socialize, but remember this waiting time is also part of the interview. Flexjet recruiters are observing at all times. The questions asked during the HR portion matched exactly with the questions presented on this site, and the sim session... -

The truth is that my experience was almost exactly as described here. The company covers your travel to Dallas, Texas, for the interview. You arrive the day before and stay at the hotel. Then, the next morning at 6:20 a.m., everyone meets in the lobby, and at 6:30 the shuttle van takes you to the Center, where the entire interview process takes place. The first part of the interview was the company presentation, which was very good and very motivating. We were a small group of five... -

Flown to DFW, put up in the Hotel near the airport. 0630 shuttle to CAE where badges were handed out and we were given a brief tour of breakroom etc. Presentation started not long after. Covered everything about pay, benefits, schedule, aircraft assignment, training, and Red Label/International programs. Very good information, and provided a few questions for panel interview. My interview group totaled 9. We were parked in the breakroom and the panel/sim folks came out and grabbed each of us... -

The first part is the sim check, V1 cut and single engine approach, the part which could be difficult is to get used to the EFIS, the turn coordinator. The. Then is the single engine approach, which is very straightforward. After sim, is the interview, a lot of customer interaction questions, the main thing is to convince the interviewer that youâ??re serious about your career at Flexjet, questioning whether youâ??re good with difficult situations with different customers, whether you... -

Everything that I read here from others was spot on. In the group of 12 we had 5 confirmed CJOs. Overall was a great experience, very professional and pleasant. As we all left for the airport we were discussing how things went. My opinion of what they are looking for is a pilot with a scan that can see and correct before large deviations occur, basically ATP standards. They understand you haven’t flown this sim ever before and if you do overshoot altitude at least be trying to...
