I received a request for a phone interview the day after applying. Initial phone screening confirmed that I had minimum hours and qualifications. Then offered an in-person interview in Dallas. Prior to the in-person you must upload your pilot documents and take a few on-line assessments. The interview process is just like everyone who stated before had explained. Did the phone screen was approximately 25 mins. Then got the email to schedule the in person in DFW. The entire process was easy and straight forward. Once in DFW on the day of the interview we were given a detailed presentation on the company. The interview was very straight forward and was as advertised. The day started at 0730 with a company presentation, then we had the panel interview and sim sessions. While waiting our turn for each, we waited in a breakroom. This gave us time to relax and socialize, but remember this waiting time is also part of the interview. The truth is that my experience was almost exactly as described here. The company covers your travel to Dallas, Texas, for the interview. You arrive the day before and stay at the hotel. Everything that I read here from others was spot on. In the group of 12 we had 5 confirmed CJOs. Overall was a great experience, very professional and pleasant. As we all left for the airport we were discussing how things went. My opinion of what they are looking for is a pilot with a scan that can see and correct before large deviations occur, basically ATP standards.
