Interview group of 12. Various backgrounds and experience. Initial phone interview with Sandy the same day I hit send on my initial application. I flew in the day before and landed in the early afternoon, spending a few hours preparing. I had dinner at the hotel restaurant, and by 6:15 the next morning the packed meals were ready. Panel interview and Sim Session was exactly as expected. Be yourself and be honest. Be personable and respectful. I received a request for a phone interview the day after applying. Initial phone screening confirmed that I had minimum hours and qualifications. Then offered an in-person interview in Dallas. Prior to the in-person you must upload your pilot documents and take a few on-line assessments. The interview process is just like everyone who stated before had explained. Did the phone screen was approximately 25 mins. Then got the email to schedule the in person in DFW. The entire process was easy and straight forward. Once in DFW on the day of the interview we were given a detailed presentation on the company. The interview was very straight forward and was as advertised. The day started at 0730 with a company presentation, then we had the panel interview and sim sessions. While waiting our turn for each, we waited in a breakroom. This gave us time to relax and socialize, but remember this waiting time is also part of the interview. The truth is that my experience was almost exactly as described here. The company covers your travel to Dallas, Texas, for the interview. You arrive the day before and stay at the hotel. Flown to DFW, put up in the Hotel near the airport. 0630 shuttle to CAE where badges were handed out and we were given a brief tour of breakroom etc. Presentation started not long after.
