The interview was exactly what you'd expect based on other experiences on here. Started off with just some small talk before the interviewer introduced himself and talked about his history and how he ended up doing interviews. The interviewer was a retired captain from Skywest. I introduced myself, then we got rolling with verifying paperwork. I needed to resubmit some things, like my CFI, since it expired between now and the original application date in January. We talked about my logbook, total time, PIC, multi-engine, night, instrument while in the actual airplane, 30/60/90 day, and 12-month flight times. Actual order after this was different, I'm just jotting down things I remember going over. Coffin corner, mach tuck, swept wing advantages and disadvantages, where does a swept wing stall at, how do we maintain roll...

Interview was identical to everything on here. I had a FO from Boise. Super nice laid back guy. Started with basic stuff such as docs, flight times, HR/dot questions. Then he asked about myself. Most memorable flight. Then went straight to technical. Airpot signage, Jepp charts, wx, then went on to Jet stuff, swept wings, high alt stuff, jet engines, engine start issues, then asked me about the king air I fly for my systems questions. Maybe a couple more Im forgetting, then CRM scenario.... -

My interviewer was extremely relaxed but thorough. He asked many questions that were right from the aviationinterviews.com gouge. The technical questions for my flying experience were not that deep, they focused on big picture and my ability to articulate the point clearly. I feel the interview went exceptionally well. He sort of slipped at the end and basically told me to expect the offer in two weeks. I wish you all the best of luck, SkyWest is moving and hiring right... -

Interview was nothing else more than a conversation. few HR questions: Introduce yourself, make sure to have a story to tell on how you got into aviation. biggest success and biggest failure. from there we moved into airport signage, airport diagrams, STARs, SIDs and approach plates. you will talk about airspeed restrictions altitude restrictions, holding speeds. in my case they were not direct questions but more of a scenario. Then after that he presented a scenario. I was the captain of a... -

Interview was very similar to other experiences here. Seems like it will vary greatly with interviewer, but mine did not dig deeply if answers were correct. Started with quick introductions and why SkyWest. Next was technical with some basic high-altitude aerodynamics, electrical system, lead-acid vs NiCad battery, dc vs ac, then we interpreted some basic elements of a TAF from a release. We went over a couple approach plates with a focus on ILS FAF and crossing restrictions. Described... -

Interview was very laid back and straight forward. Started with HR questions. Was very procedural like "We just need to ask these then we move on" From there, went into tell me about a time a flight went bad, followed by what are these airport signs. The signs were just a slide show that he flipped through. After that we touched on SFO airport diagram, briefed an approach and looked at a STAR with a few questions about how you would fly it. Went into scenario and that was it. No real... -

My interview was with a 3 year captain. He was truly a nice guy but I was nervous the entire time and forgot most of what I studied. We started out with introductions (told me how he got into aviation, about his family etc and I did the same), be prepared to talk about any accidents/ checkride failures. Have your hours ready to go TT, Instrument time, Night hours, Multi time, PIC time, 30,60,90,120,12months. After we discussed all of that, we dove right in. We spoke about swept wings,... -

interview was very straight forward. Lasted about 1 1/2 hours. Started with HR questions, very straight forward. TMAAT questions, then into airport signage, Brief an approach into SFO then cover the airport chart in SFO. Quick questions about swept wing dynamics followed by how does a high bypass turbofan work, then into my scenario. Over all, very pleasant interview. This sight covered 99% of everything in my... -

Interview was very straightforward, nothing out of left field. This site prepped me very well. I didn't get any TMAAT questions or hardly any HR questions in general. Mostly paperwork questions. The vibe of the interview was good from what I thought, and my interviewer spent quite a bit of time telling me about how much he loved the company. It lasted the full 2.5 hours and was mostly technical questions and CRM questions, nothing...
