Interview experience: No more sim eval!! A 20 question multiple choice written test was given first, including 2 essay type questions. The questions are out of the ATP written test prep book. Given an hour to complete all of the above (plenty of time if you've studied the written test prep book). Turn in test to receptionist and wait for your name to be called for panel interview.(about a half hour wait) Interviewed by pilots and HR lady. Typical questions as listed in previous gouge. Tell me about a time when...Why do you want to work for AWA....etc. etc. There were no questions asked that weren't in gouge on this website. Very un-confontational interview. They try to put you at ease as best they can. After the interview they send you out of the room for 5-10 minutes to talk and vote on you. Call you back in to let you know either way right then.
